I don't look at it as talent.. but an extension of who I am.. When I am not showing the world what I see; I am seeing what the world has to show... : ) That's interesting that you think of your father.. Makes sense since much of the painting references an earlier time period - and how memory can be elusive and clear as day at the same time.
Well then who you ARE is talented! I think it is wonderful to be able to take in what you see/feel and turn it into a work of art that gives people something to think about or conjures up a feeling.
For some reason this piece makes me think of my father. How do you keep all this talent bottled up inside you?
