DREAM ANALYSIS - SWIMMING POOL / SWIMMING: To dream that you are swimming suggests that you are exploring aspects of your subconscious mind and emotions. The dream may be a sign that you are seeking some sort of emotional support. It is a common dream image for people going through therapy. To see a swimming pool in your dream symbolizes relaxation, calmness, luxury and ease. You need to take a break. Alternatively, a swimming pool suggests that you need to acknowledge and understand your feelings. It is time to dive in and deal with those emotions. You need to cleanse yourself and wash away your tumultuous past.

Sufjan has done it again - a set of Christmas standards with some Sufjan originals. An unconventionally-catchy style makes this a keeper... SILVER AND GOLD is sure to please the varied music tastes of the season...
DREAM ANALYSIS - I found myself in a large well-lit gallery. I had entered two pieces: a grey and blue-striped sail framed by worn wooden boards and a simple sculpture of a boat without a sail. I felt a sense of accomplishment in the dream - at ease, pleased with the work I had entered - yet, dissecting it further brings up the fact that a boat separated from its sail suggests a standstill - a vessel without any means of controlled movement.
The ugly sweater party was like National Lampoon's Christmas New England-Style. The sweaters ranged from what?! to incredibly funny. One man sewed on furry green sleeves and hung a hefty wicker wreath on the back with a blinking snowman. The front was adorned with neon puff paint pumpkins, stick figures and hearts. Another man wore a cable-knit cardigan with nothing underneath - it barely fit and kept rising above his waist. The others ranged from 90's pastel flower horror, to 70's avocado polka dotted wonder.

Already starting to play around with card designs... The holiday season has begun...
In opening my Blinth Alphabet cards, I was amazed at the attention to detail. A single orange band holds the pack together, in a sturdy little box. I have a soft spot for packaging design (this one didn't disappoint). I have posted other cards/prints by the Binth company. I also couldn't resist the mysterious bunny photo that another fan put up.

PIECING TOGETHER A DREAM I REMEMBER FROM LAST NIGHT: [I remember leaving a burning theater] --- To dream that the theater is on fire signifies risky new projects that you are tying to undertake. [I remember tall columns in the theater] ---- To see columns in your dream symbolize strength and hard work. You may be feeling burdened or drained in some way or that you find yourself needing to support others. [The color maroon was prominent] ---- maroon is symbolic of courage, bravery, heroism, and strength. [It was wet outside the theater] ----Rain To see and hear rain falling symbolizes forgiveness and grace. Falling rain is also a metaphor for tears, crying and sadness. Alternatively, rain symbolizes fertility and renewal. If you get wet from the rain, then it indicates cleaning from your troubles and problems. [A man outside tried to attack me] ---- To dream that you are being attacked by someone indicates your character is being questioned. You feel the need to defend yourself. You are feeling stressed, vulnerable and helpless. You may also be facing difficult changes in your waking life. Dreaming of an attack provides a way for you to confront these situations that you may be avoiding in real life.

From the blog: I Don't Know What Love Means
Singer and artist Antony Hegarty with some of his artwork from the past decade. When asked why he creates what he does, his reply: 'it's a mystery to me.'
The color gray showcases the few colors that remain. Amongst the decaying branches and leaves, there is beauty to be captured.
